Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

This information is used solely for the purpose of integrating Zoom functionalities into our service and improving your scheduling experience.
We do not store passwords or any sensitive personal information from your Zoom account. Any data shared with third-party services is governed by the privacy policies of those services, and we recommend that you review their policies to understand how they handle your information.
This integration is designed to be transparent, giving you control over your data while providing the functionality you need to manage meetings effectively.
Google Data Access Disclosures
Pro America Meetings accesses certain Google user data to provide and enhance our services:
- Google Calendar Events and Information: We access your Google Calendar events and details to sync meeting events between Pro America Meetings and your Google Calendar.
- Google Meet Information: For each scheduled meeting within our platform (When using Google Meet as event location), we automatically generate Google Meet links to facilitate convenient access to virtual meetings.
- User’s Email Address: We retrieve your email address primarily to link your Google account with Pro America Meetings, ensuring that your account on our platform is properly synced with your Google identity for authentication and operational purposes.
Google Data Use Disclosures
We use the accessed Google user data & permissions for the following purposes until disconnected via the Google Calendar Intergration page:
- Syncing Meeting Events: Automatic synchronization of your Google Calendar is performed to add, update, and manage events whenever you schedule, modify, or cancel meetings within ProAmerica Meetings. This ensures your Google Calendar always reflects the most current and accurate schedule.
- Generating Google Meetings: To create Google Meet links for your scheduled meetings, enabling seamless virtual meetings.
- Calendar Syncing: To retrieve your existing Google Calendar events to display your availability, prevent scheduling conflicts, and ensure efficient meeting scheduling.
- Sending Notifications: To send email notifications and reminders about your scheduled meetings to you and your attendees.
